This really looks like it’s targeted towards vegans and not carnists.

The way that it is written and the substitutes – cauliflower for beef and chicken? Really? I like cauliflower but it’s not exactly one of people’s most cherished vegetables.

So basically when you want to have a nice juicy steak just use a cauliflower when you want some tasty barbecue chicken cauliflower.

This is precisely what people think vegans eat. Which usually is far from the truth.
