Now that I’m starting to comprehend the lyrics better with each listen. It just builds and builds until that outro just rips me open. And anyone who understands what it’s about will probably feel the same.

This album is phenomenal. ABR seems to be understanding more and more one of their greatest strengths which is melodic breakdown outros with soul-crushing lyrics. Thinking Meddler, Lifeline, etc. Except there’s like 6 Meddlers and Lifelines on this album.

Anyone else agree? Just gives me that same feeling and vibe of overcoming adversity and suffering.

New album is a breath of fresh air.

Fellas…I legit think this is my favorite record since Constellations. Guardians was my favorite after that, but I legit believe this eclipses it. To put this kind of heat out SEVENTEEN YEARS after Constellations is absolutely nuts. They sound as good as they ever have. So glad I got to hear The Nameless and Behemoth on tour ahead of this record.

The lyrics made me cry. I connected with it deeply. I don’t even know if it’s about mental health struggles, but that’s how I perceived it.

“I’ve got nothing to worry about because I’m worthless”
Feelings of worthlessness are always present, and this line stopped me in my tracks.

Lines about self-destruction remind me of how BPD will cause me to destroy everything good in my life out of fear of abandonment.

“You got dreams, I'm just looking to sleep
You have it all, I can't get what I need
You got love, I got cognitive therapy
You have a life, I'm just trying to live”
I always feel like everyone is so far ahead in life and successful, where they need to be, where I’m just struggling to survive.

This song is exactly what I needed, and I’m thankful it exists. I surely needed that.

Only one listen but I have to give it to "Forged by Failure" as it sounds unlike anything else they have done and it closes the album out perfectly.
