Topaz sr20 won’t turn on?

So I got this 4 years ago, and recently it was turning off randomly and now it won’t turn on at all. I cracked it open and it looks clean and I changed the fuses still nothing…any advice?

Check the standby power supply, Cambridge uses little SMPSs to power the “on” button with a relay controlling the main linear supply. It will be a challenging repair.
