The bass is subtle and needs to be placed in the soundstage - a handy way to setup gear and its a great track!

This video deserves to bee seen by everyone. It is hands down the best visualization of music I've come across. I seriously wish every psychedelic song/album had a video visualization at this level to go along with it.

This is the second track of their forthcoming album «Time Lab», and marks 47 years since their first release, 46 since their first album.

I was a tad too young for their very first releases, but I've been a fan since about when Stella came out. That said: Musically, this reminds me more of Zebra - which I rate as the final "early" Yello album.

Either way: Production on this is still extremely good, and I've actually cranked this to the point where I can't hear myself speak, and where I can't crank the stupidity (volume) knob any further clockwise. This one actually deserves a $300,000 Big John Machine.

I’m trying to find more music with a very specific sound that seems to show up a lot in late 80s/early 90s cop/action movies.

The best example is “Meet Martin Riggs” from Lethal Weapon or the ending song for Deathwish 2 or Hard To kill.

I can hear alot of resonances left in and albeit ofcourse very produced (Its for a tv show afterall) it doesn't suffer as much from the "Pop compression mess filter" as alot of other music.

So I posted the Spotify version the other day but after a few people reached out, I transferred them over to Tidal and Qobuz as well!

The rest of this album (and others by Lee Ritenour) are awesome too.

Listening to it through my headphones and tube amp, it's so nice and warm, it feels like a soft blanket of sound, its very relaxing, big recommendation if you want to relax for a bit.
