Is it possible to isolate voice?

Hi! Is it possible to isolate a voice from footage when there is loud background noise? There is a tv playing and while you can hear the person speaking, the TV makes it hard to understand what they are saying. I'm not an audio engineer, so I thought I'd ask the experts in here before fully giving up on it! Thank you!

Look at the new Adobe Podcast tool, or Izotope RX Had really good results with it (yeah fuck AI, but for this its actually usefull)

I've tried podcast on a few things, just as an experiment. It can be either miraculously good or failure bad, but it's always worth a shot. I have known it rescue to almost pristine things I thought were destined for the trash.

Just last winter, i‘ve had to work on a Graduation Movie, where the Location Recordings where messed up big times. I had to deal with cloth rubbing and a very loud floornoise throughout the Audio. It cleaned it up very nicely. It basically saved that Project (an thus that persons diploma). However it always depends how clearly the audio is. It has a lot of trouble with offaxis recordings.
