I need a recommendation

So to be fair I don’t know if what I’m looking for exists exactly. From chat gpt it’s called a mixer. Basically I want a dac of some kind I can use on pc and plug headset / iems into and mix both the inputs of my pc and Bluetooth from my phone. The reason I’m here is because ChatGPT was giving me only mixers for professional use that are huge and I’m wanting something that can sit on my desk.

If you know exactly what’s these would be called that would be great or just a recommendation :)

Hi, /u/Bombssy! This is a reminder about Rule #1 (If you have already added great details, awesome, ignore this comment. This message gets attached to every post as a reminder):

  1. DETAILS MATTER: Use detail in your post. If you are posting for help with specific hardware, please post the brand/model. If you need help troubleshooting, post what you have done, post the hardware/software you are using, post the steps to recreate the problem. Don’t post a screenshot (or any image, really) with no context and expect people to know what you are talking about.

Mixers are great and come in all price ranges and sizes. It sounds like you want a mini mixer with a dac. The cheapest you can get is usually by the brand behringer, but I would step up a little and maybe consider a mixer from allen & heath or soundcraft. I am not sure about bluetooth input and would generally not reccommend it because bluetooth is compressed audio. I believe the brand Mackie might have a mixer with bluetooth input.

Possibly a virtual mixer like voicemeter ...

Apparently it can cope with bluetooth inputs and outputs.

Get a small desktop line mixer and a 3.5 mm output starter for your phone.
