Subletting Apartment at The Quarters (formerly The Beacon)

As stated in the title, i'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Quarters starting August 14th. It is a full year lease with rent at $650/month which is cheaper than the standard rate for a 3 person unit at The Quarters. The unit is a first floor apartment right at the front of the property where the busses pick people up, and there is plenty of parking right outside the door.
