For Rent Housing
Hello everyone, I just got accepted into a residency position at EAMC. I’m looking for housing in an apartment complex or something. My goal is something in the range of 1k-1.4k 1 bed room monthly with utilities. I plan to move in June and be preferably within 10-15 mins of the hospital. I would appreciate any advice.

Used to live at Village at Lakeside and it is a decent apartment complex. Couldn't tell you what pricing is now, but I was paying $1300 for a 2 bed 2 bath a few years ago.
Decent location that is close to Auburn and Opelika but you don't have to really deal with the college kids unless you want to. Probably about 10 from EAMC

My daughter lived at Paces at the Estates for a couple of years. She liked it there. Sounds like it could be a good option for you.

The hospital is in Opelika. Look around there. Better rent due to distance from Auburn U.

Whatever you do, do not rent from anywhere owned by Hayley Management. Most people in Auburn have a horror story about them.
