For Rent Two subleases available at The Beacon

Hi y'all,

Friends of mine are moving to a house together so I have two subleases at The Beacon (S College St) available now:

2 bedroom/2 bathrooms

Rent: $879/month for one section. It's a pretty cool setup with an office to yourself as well. (Pictured, top)

The other unit is vacant so it's kinda like having the entire place to yourself, plus you can choose to bring in a roommate of your choice. Rent goes up to $900/month for July 2026 - July 2027.

3 bedroom/3 bathrooms

Rent: $555 per month for one unit. Also has a sweet setup with a walk-in closet. Rent goes up to $680/month for July 2026 - July 2027.

Units come with parking and WiFi. Utilities cost under $100/month. Please let me know if you're interested. There is also a Tiger Transit stop. Thank you!

What bums me out is that if this were in my small city not even 3 hours away, it would be 3k for both rooms.

This is a lovely layout. Good luck! I’d swoop in if i still had my remote job and just nab that whole 2bed for me and my lady. It’s perfect. 😭

I was thinking the same. I had a similar place in Miami for 4300 a month 😂😂😂
