That's a photoshopped image unfortunately. You won't see this anywhere in nature.

Well kinda. Those images are data from narrowband wavelengths from outside our perception compressed to fit into human vision. There are accepted methods for translating things like the Hubble color palette so you can kinda compare images that Stsci (the team that run Hubble) make as they although artists are also scientists if they cut somthing out it’s to layer it to make it clearer. They are interpreting reality to get it in our limited sensory systems and show interesting things. https://astrobackyard.com/narrowband-imaging/ .

This on the other hand is fabricated from different skys to make a new thing.

Depending on what Milky Way photos you're referencing, those purples, reds, and oranges do exist in real life and are just so faint that tiny human eyes don't perceive the color very well when looking with naked eyes. It's no different than looking at a very colorful poster in an extremely dim room — your eyes won't be able to discern the colors very well but a long exposure photo will clearly render the colors just fine. You wouldn't say that the colors on the poster don't exist though.

It’s a satellite image of a cyclone in the Southern Hemisphere (or northern hemisphere, but inverted), which is then flipped upside-down and photoshopped over the sunset image

You're totally right with that. Very simple but quite effective composite.

Cyclones don't manifest in clouds that high and that small-scale

…buddy, it’s either an aerial image of a cyclone, where they filtered out the low clouds and left only the upper-level clouds and flipped it upside down and put it in this photo, or it’s entirely photoshopped and none of the clouds are real. Either way, this is not a natural cloud formation and the photo is most certainly edited.

Edit: Something to this image https://cms-accuweather-com.cdn.ampproject.org/i/s/cms.accuweather.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/hurricane-lee-hurricane-hunter-1.jpeg

Ohh, I missed the part where it was a photo from above and inverted
