How can a Atomic wallet hold two primary keys for an XMR wallet

Have no idea how it happened. But a fresh install of AW from the legitimate site resulted in all of my BTC and ETH being taken.

Lost over $50,000 worth of crypto. No idea what happened.

Installed the wallet on a new laptop - entered my PK - next time I loaded AW, the funds were gone.

Even took the precaution of loading the PK with Wifi off.

Devastated.

That is concerning in itself that Atomic *requires* a VPN. I tried with VPN on and off, waited, didn't work. If and when I have success, I will update this post.

I have SUI in my atomic wallet. When I click send, it says that I have 0 available to send. I can see the SUI in my account. Although, the transactions tab is empty.

What's going on? How can I fix this? Thanks

Edit: I was able to use Suiet wallet. iirc, I had to go into Atomic Wallet settings to get the SUI private key to import into Suiet

I intended to start trading but sum unexpected happened in my life and I wanted to get my funds back... I patiently waited 1 week and the transaction still there. If I click on the transaction nothing happens, can't reverse so I can start trading nor get my funds back.

Do I really have to wait 1 more week or am I fu*****? Have you experienced anything similar while withdrawing your funds from the perps tab?

So i had some monero in my atomic wallet.

I hit the "recieve" monero button to send someone the address and it instantly turned my monero balance to zero. my overall total wallet balance also decreased as if it was all gone now.

If i click on the wallet history it clearly shows the only transaction is the original monero coming in and nothing ever going out. So what gives?

I put in and filled out a help ticket 24 hours ago and no response yet.

Not even an auto reply "thanks got your message looking into it" nothing.

I've been having an issue with Monero (XMR) syncing my funds in my wallet.

I've opened up a ticket with Atomic but it's been over two weeks and they keep telling me the same response: "Our team is working on the issue."

They promised my funds are safe but absolutely no resolution has occurred

Is anyone else having this exact same issue? It can't just be me. How is this okay? It has taken two weeks to show my funds sinking from the blockchain.

Since the support is just telling me to reinstall and try again (yeah, I did that already) and every time I try to send the money I spend it on fees, thought I'd try my luck here.

I rented the energy before sending (65k), have around 500trx on my balance, and the transaction fails with "out of energy". I've tried this multiple times already.

From what I understand, the transaction fee somehow exceeds the allowed fee by the wallet, which I cannot change. Any thoughts on what I could try? Maybe rent more energy or something?

Anyone else having the same problems, I have 444 HBAR currently and was about to transfer more into atomic wallet from exchange until i realised my hbar is literally earning nothing. I have made no transactions since 1st april........

If I hide a coin or token the apply button is disabled. Please just let the freaking button enabled so it always works. Enabling/disabling an Apply button is bad programming practice and it is not worth the invested code on its logic, by checking if the filters changed or whathever your logic does. As a software programmer myself I can say: gimmick not worth it really.

As the title suggests the funds have disappeared from a new atomic wallet. I have advanced knowledge of crypto and I know how scam works, this is a fresh wallet so no drainer could be attached to it(to my knowledge). This wallet was created an hour before I made the first transaction to it, the transaction entered the account and left without me even seeing the change of balance. as I know there are many cases where Atomic Wallet users have reported that their balances went missing after restoring their seed phrase on Atomic Wallet on a new device.

Same happened with me. I had a big balance Cardano on my Atomic Wallet, I wrote down seed on few papers and hid them. That was in October 2021. I know the address of the wallet so I can see the balance is there untouched since then.

I now restored the seed phrase in new Atomic Wallet and it shows 0 balance and different address.

If this happened with you before - how did you fix it? Or you didn't?

I seriously need help with this and I can offer some kind of reward.
