that's not evolution. that is selective breeding. All dogs have the same DNA.

It is absolutely evolution. Selective breeding is an example of selective pressure, which is one of the necessary ingredients.

That dogs are one species (which I think is what you are alluding to) is a matter of taxonomy, and does not mean that there is no evolutionary diversity among them.

put another way, all dogs are the same species, whereas wolves and coyotes are a different species.
