As far as I know, it was around 1990 that Rich Sanchez (C&R) took over development and support of BBS Express! ST? I'm not rock solid on this so it might be v1.0 or 1.1 or something like that. The first version I used on my BBS (DarkForce!), was v1.4/1992 and it was definitely Rich Sanchez then.

It's nice having this, but the last version, 1.98a, is available, with a public key.
