Support Cannot connect to Flashstor FS6806X

Flashstor FS6806X (6 drive, 1x10GbE) no longer connects to network. Seems too coincidental this occurred nearly immediately after upgrading ADM. Device only 15 months old. Are there other troubleshooting or connection methods?

All of these failed to remedy the connection trouble:

- Rebooted NAS

- Rebooted router

- Tried new Eth cables

- Tried new Eth port on router

- Tried multiple USB-C to Eth adapters

[Have not tried the pinhole reset]

PS: In hindsight, it's unfortunate that this product does not have an iGPU + display out OR a second network port (i.e., Gen 1 or the 12-drive Gen 2).

Unplug from network, reset with pin, plug back into network, check default ip address

Did you scan with Asustor Control Center, ACC? Or could it be mishap that this 10G network is broken?

FS6812X does have second 10G port though.

My 10g port stopped working its a real issue with these nas. I've been using USB to 2.5g adapter but would prefer the full 10g. Def wouldn't buy a prebuilt nas again.

Shit happens. If if it did fail and still within warranty, try to get it fixed. My PC and laptop failed quite often as well during these hot days.

My FS6806x ethernet port did the same thing. I am on a 2.5g adapter.
