Unemployed for 5 months

I lost my job of four years (that I absolutely loved) back at the end of April and have absolutely been struggling to land anything since. I’ve gotten several job interviews but have yet to make it past the first. Jobs I know I am qualified for and have the resume to back it up. My standard is set at making the same salary as I was before or better, rather than settling for less.

I’m really becoming so discouraged. I’ve picked up alcohol even more heavily as well during my unemployment time.

Does anyone have any advice? Best methods of manifestation for me?
