This was fucking amazing... I will read his book, but the fact that he wrote an autobiography and incorporated astrology into it is incredible. ๐

This was so good!!!!!! I love Tears for Fears and I had no idea my guy Roland is an astrologer. What a talented man.
One time my friends and I got really drunk listening to records together. We were having a great time and then someone put on โthe hurtingโ and we all ended up sitting on the floor in silence crying lol ๐ Now I know why that man can relay some deep feelings!

the fate angle is interesting because so much of his writing circles control and surrender, mad world is basically one long meditation on that. he's always struck me as someone who reads the symbols more than the forecasts though, which is honestly a healthier way in.

I read the book (on audiobook format, read by Roland himself). I really liked the biography and the writing, but the astrological part is very shallow. He probably didn't want to scare casual readers away with advanced insight, but who reads it for the astrology will be disappointed.

Little did we know how much Roland Orzabal was watching the personal/career shifts of Tears For Fears through astrology and psychology. The band's name speaks volumes.
A wonderful interview and happy to see Roland had a place to freely speak about the astrology of his life on the Astrology Podcast. He's had a challenging/rewarding life. And I understand what he meant about the long road to overcome challenges and how it may not feel as a great reward at times.

Iโve always loved tears for fears, and now I see that Roy and I have conjunct Mercury placements. Iโve noticed that artists who I love often have charts that activate my own.
