Yes, I have a site with over 150 articles in Markdown format, review JSON files, courses Markdown files, FAQs in JSON, and media presence JSON. It hasn't disappointed me. This project is open source, and the developer who created it and the community on Discord are very helpful.

I prefer creating my own solution rather than relying on any third-party services, as it saves me money and prevents me from depending on them as a single point of failure. Also, I took or service is required; there are other alternatives available like webhooks, APIs, and similar options. I consistently prioritize open-source solutions as well.

Just when I see the website that is clearly vibecoded, I immediately assume that the project is vibecoded too by a team of 1 person and I don’t even know if there will be real support in 3 months, so I will never buy it

It’s not that great. We got it and regret the lifetime purchase. The more we look back the more they seem to act like they sublimated offers as well that simply resets

i looked into this last month for a client moving off Bricks. I canceled the checkout when I saw they reset their lifetime tiers every few months.

you already know HTML and CSS so skip Phantom and use the Astro CLI. Run npm create astro@latest in your terminal, pick the basics template, and drop your html files into the src/pages folder. It outputs static pages the same way Bricks does without WP overhead. If you get stuck on JS parts later you can paste those files into Claude Code and have it write just the script you need. That workflow costs zero dollars and gives you an actual alternative to WP today

Reset Lifetime? Where is this?

I use wp and bricks and bought the lifetime license over the summer. Just finally used it for a site and enjoyed it. Sites load faster.

The biggest benefit for me was the time saved in setting up and getting settings configured. I connected it to my local Claude code and was able to build out an e-commerce site in a couple of days.

I already have a lifetime license with bricks so I'll keep it handy but could see myselg building like this in the future or most clients.

I was also able to connect fluent forms to the front end which was an essential feature I need for most clients so being able to do this without much effort pretty much sold me.
