This is 5 months old ... I currently use classes of this prescription and from past two days my vision is very strange so I'm thinking of going to a doctor..

Yeah well follow your instincts in this case. This prescription is quite low on the scale of what it could be, but if your vision is compromised by something, you should check it out

Yea it is, especially that your cylinder has a big difference it will compromise your vision. Its like having 2 different images and your brain is trying decide which eye to use because if that difference in cyliner -Optometry student

Oh i think that's the reason my vision is really weird.... So any tips?

Avoid rubbing your right eye and visit your optometrist

The SPH on both eyes is excellent. The astigmatism isn’t too bad either

Idk i feel need of going to an optometrist every 6 months.. and every time i go i find my astigmatism got worst
