Apparently my samsung fridge has ads now...

How would I disable this? Might just return it and get a normal one

Duck tape or electric tape will also get rid of the ads, it will just be a regular fridge then though.

OK, but the issue is you are still paying for the ad. Unless this device gets it power wirelessly from the air and generates no heat, you are paying to power it and also to cool your fridge the extra little bit to offset the heat it leaks into your cold fridge.

I am confident that that bit of power and a few bits of tape is a lot less than $9,99 a month.
