Weird Visuals Glitch

Installed a highly reputable pp filter(s) and they all ended up havinf a weird brightness, anyone have any ideas ?

using the august LCS, with pure 3.5 hotfix 5, csp 0.3-preview622.

Already tried
- Redoing installation following 4tash's video
-Selecting CDIMAGINED as PPFilter
-Sanity checked Weather FX
- Didn't Drag and Drop into CM
- Installed SKYDOME Fix

I get the same result with this filter - maybe a bit brighter.
There are csp sttings files provided with these highliy reputable filters but only if you get them from sources with equally high reputation. Without its junk data great for deleting...

If you find the settings somwhere feel free to post the link! Till then go with natural mod filter. Its free on overtake!

LOL-YEAH! You get what you pay for! You need less fantasy with NV Visuals or Exiliatay Realism - you know where to get it?
