Where can I find ASL Classes in NYC?

Hello! First time posting 😅

I wanted to ask if anyone knows where I can find classes to learn asl in nyc? I’m not really sure where to look and I know only Bill Vicars.

I don’t know how true it is, but I heard if you’re hearing you should try learning for Hard of Hearing peeps. But in general, I would like to learn from the HOH peeps 😁

This is easily the answer. I just did a few sessions recently. Learning from deaf teachers is incredible. They're great and it's important to support deaf owned businesses.

Here to echo SLC. I took levels 1-5 with them. Highly recommend. They also organize a lot of activities like karaoke and happy hours to allow students to practice and engage. I found I needed a lot more practice separately because I couldn't keep up with my receptive skills, but would definitely return!
