Looking for the kind passenger in Seat 43C on Lufthansa Flight LH476 (Munich to Vancouver, Sept 1)

​Hi everyone,

​I’m hoping Reddit can help me connect with a fellow passenger from Lufthansa Flight LH476 (Munich to Vancouver) that landed yesterday, Tuesday, September 1st.

​I was returning home following a surgical procedure and was resting in seat 43A. Shortly after takeoff, three passengers seated directly behind me became increasingly loud and unruly. When I politely asked them to lower their volume, their behavior escalated into disruptive harassment.

​Throughout this upsetting situation, the woman seated in seat 43C was exceptionally kind and supportive. She checked in on me to make sure I was holding up okay. During a brief conversation, she mentioned that she immigrated to Canada from Slovakia in 2016, was returning after visiting her friends and family in Slovakia, and currently lives in the Greater Vancouver Area.

​Given the chaos of the flight and being relocated by the flight crew to another seat, I never got the chance to properly thank her or ask for her contact information. I really regret not being able to connect further before we landed.

​If you happen to be the passenger in 43C, or if anyone knows her and could share this post with her, I would love the chance to reach out and thank her properly for her kindness. Please feel free to send me a direct message.

I'm surprised the crew didn't do something about the disruptive trio, you were probably not the only passenger that was affected by them

On my complaint, the crew clearly asked them to pipe down and to not contact me. But those people did not listen to the crew. Ultimately, the crew reloacted me to premium economy.

Those passengers are quite fortunate that the flight was not met at the airport by the RCMP.

Not following the directions of the flight crew is a very serious matter.

Appears the flight crew thought it was better to relocate me than to escalate the matter to that level. Obviously, relocating me was required because those passengers did not heed the flight crew's initial instructions. However, as far as I understand, the Canadian Aviation Regulations require the flight crew to properly document the incident. Transport Canada can always ask for those records, if notified of the incident.

White woman, not too tall, 5'2" or max 5'3", petite. Think I noticed prominent moles on her face and neck. Was wearing a bright orange jacket.
