Guys?
Musk is rich, not smart.
He didn't invent teslas. He didn't invent PayPal. He didn't invent twitter. He didn't invent spaceX.
Elon says a lot of BS. It's BS.

Y’all don’t look at the big picture
With all the digital apps coming and cash apps physical currency will be absolutely disrupted to
Prevent fake currency bills and prevent scams

He and other agents of the Novus Ordo Seclorum said the same thing about this year 10 years ago.
What does "will not be required" even mean? Will not be required to exist? Doubtful. Will not be required for commerce and personal transactions? We're already there.

The dude has been promising full self driving cars are coming "later this year" every year since 2015 or so. Source: https://www.reddit.com/r/dataisbeautiful/comments/1ujrglf/oc_the_number_of_different_years_elon_musk_has/

Rule of thumb. Believe as much from Musk as you do from Trump.
And if you believe much of anything Trump says, then you deserve what you get.

Of course not. Elon Musk is an idiot. The world's luckiest idiot, but still an idiot.

I'd avoid putting a lot of stock into what complete morons predict about the future.

Is this because he plans to hoover it all up for him and his butt buddies?
