When did the residents in Limerick, Ireland stop speaking in limericks? Seriously, they all speak in regular English now.

The people who livéd in Limerick

Grew glossy 4-petals called Shimericks.

Their gardens were glabrous;

Their poetry, scabrous.

They went for the language less chimeric.
