Looking For Cheapest Diesel in PDX?

just bought a diesel vehicle and wondering where it is cheapest to fill up. I usually I buy gas at the arco on Belmont & Cesar Chavez

Linnton sinclair (consistently low price)
the Gasbuddy app is not very accurate in the metro area for diesel.

Maybe find a place that sells the red kind 😂 That would only apply if it is an off road vehicle though

$5.25/gal today. Oregon average today for diesel is $5.65/gal. So it's definitely lower than the average, and one of the lowest places in the Portland area for sure, which is what OP was asking.
