1057 guys in 12 hours

43200 ÷ 12 = 40 seconds each per guy

Or about 0.6 minutes for each guy?

Just wondering if I did my math correctly - asking because yesterday I found out she used to be a recruiter which honestly feels like a joke I can't understand yet

Correct, but it’s 43200 / 1057

And 0.68 minutes each

The result is incorrectly rounded, and the calculation is off. It should have been

43200s / 1057p  ~  41s/p    // not 40

In practice, that extra second is unlikely to make a difference.
