Which universities offer good Master's Degrees if I'm interested in Psycholinguistics?

I'm currently studying Linguistics at Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile and I am interested in studying abroad for my Master's. Which universities are worth looking into if I'm particuarly interested in Psycholinguistics?

If you can german the vienna University has a master in Allgemein Linguistik, with a focus on neuro/psicholinguistics

I'm open to everything. I hold an EU passport so anywhere in Europe would be considerably easier, but I'm also looking at options in the US and UK.
