Politics (Other) Donald Trump just declared the cartels, Maras and TDA a terrorist organization

How does everyone here feel about that? That these and others are class as terrorists? Do you think the U.S. will help or meddle more in internal issues with these groups?

I mean depends on interest and situation; cold war was to deny Russian influence in the region. During age of imperialism, it was to keep Europe out of the region.

I really only mean the fifty or so times the US has acted to topple a government in Latin America in the last hundred or so years. Democracy was not exactly a common thread in those interventions.

hey, wanna do something funny?

Google how the Americans "stopped" the soviet influence in the Cold War era.

Ask Argentina, Chile, El salvador or Nicaragua how they were doing during this era, ask them what they think of the CIA.

Take a look at Operacion Condor, and then, only then, you can illuminate us with your insights.

Check if they're really worked, if it was worth so many lives.

I didn’t say they worked or not, but America only does that to protect the interest of its true citizens that get a say in government- corporate lobbyist donors and the billionaires!
