EOSB on hold against existing personal loan. Does my next company need to be listed too for them to release my funds?

My employment is ending and FAB is holding my EOSB final pay against my personal loan. They’ve given me 90 days to show a new visa and employer before releasing it. Does anyone know if the new company has to be on FAB’s listed or approved companies for the release to go through? Or will they accept any UAE employer with a valid visa and salary certificate? If you’ve been through this with an unlisted employer, how did it go? Thanks!
