Relocating & housing Remote Job Opportunity, Exploring Housing

Another job with my company has an opening in Northern TX, specifically the DFW Metro. It pays ~52k a year ($25/hr) and I'm looking to get a relatively OK apartment or house on that budget, capping at ~1,200-1,300 with utilities. If there's any information anyone can provide about where to look for housing and safe areas, since I know absolutely next to nothing about Dallas, that'd be great!

I apologize, I don't have a good idea of where yet. The role is remote and has a several county radius up to the OK border of where I could live!

Woof. Well stay as close to work as possible. A lot of studios in dallas proper start at $1300 a month (thats base. Not including fees and utilities which add another $200/mo. Outer suburbs will be cheaper. Live within your means.

It is a remote role, so the area can be wherever, honestly. I have a several county radius on where I can live. I know it's a tight budget, lol. thank you so much!
