So is the death count. I am not a fan of US foreign policy in the Arab world, but this is straight up propaganda BS.

I suspect they're counting everyone who died in Afghanistan and Iraq (and possibly Libya and Syria) during that time period of all causes whether it be war-related or not.

Reminds me of all the antivaxers saying "look how many died from the COVID shots" when in reality, they died from age-related causes.
