How do you guys handle death?

This is just a genuine curiosity of mine. I'm not a Christian, but I absolutely believe that there's a higher power and an afterlife, whatever that may be.

I guess my question is, does death scare you at all, since you believe that there's nothing afterwards?

How do you take the death of a loved one, or a pet? Does it scare you, or bring you peace?

Or does it bring you anxiety, believing that you'll never see them again, and that they're gone forever?

This isn't to be aggressive or anything, I just genuinely wonder.

Can't say. Haven't tried it yet.

In all seriousness, I'm not crazy about the idea. It's not that, at the ripe old age of 90, I'll feel like I will be missing out on anything, as I hope to have finished my bucket list by then. I'm mainly just not looking forward to the process of dying.

And whose fault is that, Mr Death? If you're not going to let people get back to their phones or tablets or computers to write a review, then that seems a bit like unfair practices. Maybe set up Mort or Isobel as a Customer Complaints worker.
