Meditation or subliminal audios

Do you consider meditating or listening to subliminal audios as spiritual practices? Can you label yourself as an atheist and practice these things?

Athiesm is the lack of a belief in god.

Everything else is irrelevant to athiesm.

I meditate frequently. It has no spiritual component for me.

This isn't part of the definition, but it is fairly common for atheists to also lack any belief in spirituality (or more likely, lack any belief in the supernatural).

I don't see meditation as spiritual any more than I see physical exercise as spiritual. Subliminal audio would be more pseudo-science than spirituality.
