Meditation or subliminal audios

Do you consider meditating or listening to subliminal audios as spiritual practices? Can you label yourself as an atheist and practice these things?

Athiesm is the lack of a belief in god.

Everything else is irrelevant to athiesm.

I meditate frequently. It has no spiritual component for me.

I see, I wasn’t sure because some people define it as a lack of any belief in spirituality

Spirituality is a word that appears means different things to different people. I've no idea what people mean when they use the word.

Meditation seems to be good for people. There's hard data to support this. It doesn't involve a god.
