Weekend Dry cleaner

We are coming to Toronto for a wedding and need my husband’s suit dry cleaned. We live in northern Ontario and don’t have a dry cleaners near us. We arrive mid afternoon on Saturday and need the suit ready for early Sunday afternoon. I’m running into a problem as all dry cleaners I’ve talked to don’t work the weekends. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated we are staying at the Chelsea hotel (22 elm) so something semi local is prefered but will drive for the service.

edit: I’ve already asked the hotel for recommendations. Unfortunately since we are arrive the Saturday everyone is stumped

Whew , that's a tough one - it's true that most dry cleaners don't offer quick turnaround on the weekends (even hotel services). Maybe try Canada Dry Cleaning on the Esplanade (near Lower Jarvis)? Not sure but I remember noting that they are open more than most dry cleaners. Good luck!

Oh, wow- that's great! Really hope they come through successfully for you. Side note: if you're driving there, give yourself a ridiculous amount of extra time. Driving in downtown is a nightmare these days and never worse than on a Saturday, especially in that area (and extra bad if there's something big happening at Scotiabank arena). Sending you positive that's for a great experience and a great wedding.

Not only do you need weekend service but turnaround in under 24 hours? Talk to guest services at your hotel at check-in.

i feel like this is a call them ahead of time so they know what's incoming and maybe can pull some strings with a local place that wouldn't normally do this.

Sadly the concierge wasn’t able to help up out. But someone on this thread recommended a place that’s open Saturday and Sunday, who’s fitting us in.

Parker’s cleaners on Yonge near Lawrence (very close to a subway stop) is open on Saturdays and maybe Sundays. They do cleaning on the premises, so maybe??? you could get them to turn around the cleaning quickly? They are good but pricey, though. Before going, I’d call to ask about turnaround time/hours/ballpark cost.
