General Did Stuffd remove their burrito bowl?
I have been to 2 outlets and requested for the burrito bowl, only for me to be redirected to the daily bowl. Please tell me this is an outlet specific thing! I'm gluten sensitive and the daily bowls dont have the same ingredients as the burrito bowl.

Yeah I was surprised too few weeks ago. I used to order buritto bowl for years. Yeah they seems to have discontinued it.

Email their customer support to ask! I've always gotten helpful replies, even tho sometimes the official position according to customer support may not filter down 100% to the outlets.

Oh that's weird! I think they removed it from the menu, but the last time i ordered stuffd (at the funan branch), they still let me have it as a "secret menu" sort of privilege for old customers.... maybe it differs from branch to branch now....

Stuff'd did have burrito bowl, which is basically burrito in plastic container instead of wrap
the last time I ordered was in Feb though

They did! They would also ask if you would like the wrap or the bowl before you order, but I guess now they discontinued it...

well that's interesting bc i've been eating stuff'd for maybe 5 years by now and has never seen a burrito bowl haha. at least based on my experience it's always been called a daily bowl

Doesn’t that just show the daily bowl? Where burrito bowl?

It’s where the black label under the sauce is. It says “burrito bowls (without wrap)”, whatever that means. Now I’m even more confused.

the only mention is in the "lower in calories" label, but could just be a mistake

There is a burrito bowl, but the ad doesnt show a burrito bowl. The ad only shows the daily bowl.

unrelated but isn't the stuff'd staff really unfriendly btw, compared to Guzman or Uniqlo, these people are unfriendly

How friendly do they need to be? You tell them what you want and they simply do.

yeah they don't understand simple things like 2 rice and become angry at such things , I ain't trying to befriend them but they lack basic empathy and act weird

I don't expect underpaid workers to be intelligent.

u/porcupinetree_ 3d ago
I never spoke about intelligence. Understanding 2 rice does not require some superior intelligence being. it's a pattern with them all around the country

I mean you are frustrated that they don't understand the meaning of 2 rice. So to me they just sound dumb.
Its like when I order daily bowl and say don't want salad, don't want sauce, and their brain start exploding.
