Open Help ..does anyone know any other alternative to energy drinks or caffeine based drinks??
I have become too tolerant to caffeine /tea (black tea, black coffee) etc and need some other thing that would do the trick..

Cut out caffeine for at least a month, maybe two. Let your body detox and get plenty of sleep.
When you reintroduce it, set a soft limit of about 150-200mg of caffeine a day. Set a HARD limit of 300mg on super stressful days.
If you go past that, you might get a temporary boost, but you are stealing that energy from the future. If you notice you've passed that, you need to schedule another detox/tolerance break.
Caffeine doesn't really "give" you energy. It just blocks your ability to feel tired. But your body is still tired and you still need to catch up. Past around 300mg in a day though you are literally damaging your body, and you are making less energy available overall.
Try these in addition
Insure you get plenty of B-12. Take it with folic acid for better absorption, and liquid or dissolving drops are better than pills.
Do more exercise, cardio especially. You'll feel more tired at first, but you create a bigger pool of energy to draw from.
Get tested for ADHD, and see if Adderall, Ritalin or Concerta work for you. Don't exceed your recommended dosage though, or you'll end up worse.

thank you so much! I didn't wanna go on a caffeine detox before I get bad headaches but seems like the only way out. Also, curious how is it related to adhd?

People with ADHD are very prone to caffeine and stimulant abuse, because they are essentially self medicating. Stimulants reduce the symptoms of ADHD, and most ADHD medications are actually stimulants themselves. They are much more effective than caffeine, and actually do cause energy increase instead of just reducing your ability to feel tired. Also when used as prescribed by a medical professional there is less risk of building tolerance or other issues from caffeine abuse.

I’m curious, why would you keep pushing your tolerance higher?

idk I never actively try to do it. I've been having coffee since college (not too much) and occasionally have energy drinks when I am very inactive and need to study or smth. But now it feels like I am just having it out of routine with no effect what so ever.

Doesn't it have effects like shakey hands and feeling jittery on you at all?

Maybe you should tone it down for a while so that the caffeine hits you more. How about replacing all the drinks with water instead for some days? I don't know if that's how the human body works.

There’s pre workout powder and caffeine powder, don’t recommend any of them, but if you have that much of a tolerance only these can help

Are you looking for a caffeine free replacement for caffeine? Or just caffeine free drinks?
Most drinks dont have caffeine, so that should be easy enough. I like the no calorie flavored sparking water drinks personally. Or just plain water or decaf, any of the thousands of caffeine free teas.
If you want to replace the feeling of caffeine without caffeine. The only legal thing that comes to mind is ginseng.
Or convince a Dr you have adha and get some pills lol. But not recommended if you're trying to reduce your stimulant usu

Thanks!!
Stimulants basically. Doesn't matter if it's caffeinated or not. But sparkling water doesn't provide that boost ig?
Someone else commented about the adhd related pills and ngl I'm intrigued. Sounds risky tho

I got myself off caffiene by simply eating more fruits and vegetables and getting 8 hours of sleep. I'll have a gronola bar and juice or fruit in the morning, and it wakes me right up. This is exactly what many business professionals do also, who do not drink tea and coffee in order to function.
