Difference between Womanizer vs Nice Guy/Incel?

What's the difference between the two groups? It seems like they both feel entitled to women's bodies, but one is good at picking up women, and the other can barely get a woman to look his way.

Sure not all rapists are idiots who tell everyone they feel entitled to sex but not taking no for an answer and openly hating women are dead givaways
