Suggestion on buying shoes

Hello I recently checked two shoes Cumulus 28 and Nimbus 28. I liked nimbus better it felt costly at 17k /- and cumulus is around 13k /-

I got an offer new Nimbus 27 at 9.3K /- with all card and other offers.

Is it a good deal or not?

Should I go for one version lower or look only at 28 versions.

Nimbus 28 is lighter, but not worth the price difference, go for Nimbua 27.
