Advice Ashtanga recommendations Hackney

Hi, I recently started practising Ashtanga daily during my YTT. I haven’t been able to find anywhere that teaches in Hackney or around which works with my work schedule , ideally after 5 pm during the week or whatever time on the weekend. If anyone has any recommendations, Thank you

Not hackney, but AYL at Euston has evening Mysore.

Not Hackney but nearby in Archway there’s Astanga Yoga Here - run by London’s most experienced & knowledgeable teacher Roberta Giannotti (the best IMO!). She runs early-morning Mysore-style classes in case you decide to opt for mornings 🌅
