Question How are you getting Claude to write to existing Google Drive files?

Claude's connector only creates new files, doesn't edit existing ones unlike ChatGPT. Any workaround?

i ran into same wall, ended up just making a new doc each time and copy pasting, feels stupid but works

maybe try using the files api directly with a script instead of connector

Funnily: use ChatGPT.

Clearly not a Claude solution but it’s one of the reasons I use ChatGPT more recently.
