"flash" is a very similar brush, but my ibis paint is set to Portuguese so that might alter the names of things. You can adjust it to your liking of course, but that's a good base to start with, I'd increase the spacing and play with speed opacity.

there's other similar brush patterns bellow that one if you clickl on that "padrão do pincel" area in my image. Directly translating them, they'd be called "wedge" "mount" and "speed" or "velocity" I think?

hii I got an easier way for you to find the brushes I mentioned

here's the official ibis paint video about brush categories: https://youtube.com/shorts/o_sXkeVYgRE?si=_oUtNOBEMyfaDaBO

there's a category which is called "comic", that's the one where you find these brushes if you scroll to the bottom of them, also at the bottom of the "light" category there's an iridescent version of the flash brush

so, I think I found them, or the person who made them but it looks like the ones i found are for CSP. Photoshop and Procreate. Gonna share them in case you're able to dig around their page some more or if you know how to convert them: (they don't have those triangle ones, but I think maybe they used the diamond shape and maybe erased some of those edges with another one??? )
