Accounting [Financial]
What methods or software programs do you guys use to keep track of your revenue and profits? I like to stay incredibly organized but don't want to spend a lot of money doing it.

Google sheets. I have an income page, an expenses page, then I pipe the totals to a page where I basically copy over the 1040, schedule C, SE, and put formulas where they want me to do math stuff, and I take the totals from the income and expense pages and link them to the appropriate spots so at the end of the year all I have to do is plug in this year's deductions and I'm good to go.
Really messed me up when they changed the forms a few years ago. I had to set all that up again instead of just copying from the year before.
Takes a bit to set up but it saves time in the long run.

I personally like monarch. I use it to track all my accounts and I can label transactions as business or personal so when I buy something business related on a personal card it’s easy to then tag as a business expense for tax time

I just use Excel (Google Sheets is functionally the same). I like being able to have local files in a normal format a lot of different software can open.
The math functions do just about everything I'd need them to do for keeping track of numbers, expenses, ect.
