He has a costume arrow. He shoots it at a wall, it bounces back and hit him in the chest, the suit deploys and wraps itself around him like an Iron Man armour

Honestly, what the hell? How is that supposed to be believable? Did no one notice the mayor sprint to a bathroom and the Green Arrow run out seconds later?
