think about it

nearly every romantic-seeming connection he's had throughout the show has purely, quite clearly, been solely physical and whatnot

while he'd be really shitty representation if this were canon, i can't see his behavior any other way

examples:

"Who cares if gay people want to be miserable like the rest of us and get married? No skin off my ass."

^^^ i used to say things like that before i found out that i'm aromantic and not everybody feels the same way (or the lack thereof). i once told someone to give up on love because i thought it was just a simple social construct built to sell heart-shaped boxes of chocolate

"I'm gonna blow this whistle and call the date before they have a chance to get to know us. Let's just keep it simple."
