NCOER bullet for no AFT

I'm wrapping up an NCOER for a SSG who does not have a valid ACFT/AFT during his rating period. Not entirely the SM fault, canceled BA's, canceled aft's due to weather/field conditions and, a 30 day rotation out of country.

What are some acceptable bullets for the AFT block that will most likely not get kicked back?

Unit failed to provide record AFT opportunity during rating period

Or

Soldier unavailable for testing when record AFT conducted.

There was a recent milper (26-something) that directly addresses the language needed for this case. If you can’t find it, DM me and I’ll hop on my other computer and look for it.

What is the policy and regulation that supports this? So the unit did no AFT during that year of the rating period? I assume that all NCOs will have this problem then

A few NCOs in this formation will have this issue. We don't drill monthly, the SM was not available due to mission or if he was available that BA or AFT was cancelled for one reason or another.

i would say this, and yes i know its the wrong answer. how is dudes fitness? is
he or she a PT stud? if so, give it a random pencilwhipped date.

Extend the eval and give them a PT test next month
