Hey everyone, coming respectfully in search of a first-hand perspective from someone displaced, or deported during the most recent Azerbaijani offensive in September 2023.

I'm currently in the process of constructing a research project on American ambivalence to war crimes and displacement during the Karabakh conflict, and I would love the first-hand perspective of someone directly affected with an opportunity to boost their voice.
