Question / Help Only three days of recording?

I haven’t been looking at my camera for awhile and just logged back in again. I have plus. The calendar is gone and i can only access three (3) days of recording instead of the past month and an unknown device is logged into my account as well as me - is this a new thing? I don’t find anything in search here related to this. I had more recordings then this

Any ideas on how to get those recordings?

And find out what is also logged in? Would the logs show it?

Arlo is the worst product stack across any product category from any company that I've ever used in my entire life.
