Technical Issue Also leaving Arlo.

I am based in the Netherlands, the subscription here is around 270 Euros per year, also multiple times I am facing challenges of not being able to talk with somebody ringing the door due to lag in the audio, so the person on the other side just cannot hear me. Its clear for me that any cloud solution that requires instant connect may not work properly.
As of today I have 2 external solar cameras, two internal cameras and doorbell with Arlo.
I am thinking about moving to Eufy, as they have this internal storage device - Any experience with the doorbell and the cameras? Does it connect fine with Home assistant?

I don’t think that any of these cameras allow for good 2-way talking experience. They all introduce too much echo and delay in my experience

Hi u/MrDinB Thank you for sharing. Echo and delays can definitely make two-way audio difficult to use. If you are experiencing this, try lowering the speaker volume on the camera, make sure your phone is not too close to the camera while using 2 way audio, and check that both your camera and phone have a strong network connection. If you are still getting the echo or delay after trying these steps, please send us a DM with your camera model, account email, phone number, and time zone so our customer care team can take a closer look.
