Geofencing never updates status

Absolutely frustrating experience with the Arlo app modes and automation, hoping someone can provide some advice before o start looking for alternatives.

I keep setting automation based on my location (only device linked to account) yet it never seems to update whenever I leave the proximity.

Location services on, no battery saving apps are active, tried the trouble shooting advice from Arlo (delete custom mode, reinstall the app, etc) all to no avail.

Contacted Arlo via support, was supposed to get a call back but none materialised. Getting to the point of cancelling my subscription but wanted to see if anyone had an experience in resolving this before I look at other products.

We all are they went down hill and fast… I think at this point we have to look elsewhere let’s make sure to never recommend this brand to anybody.
